Over 50 Years Experience - Wasatch Homes is a family owned and operated business with over fifty years of home building experience in the Wasatch front. Jason Holt, President of Wasatch Homes, learned the trade of home building from his father, Jay Holt, who began building homes in 1950.
"A lot has changed since those days, but one thing will always remain true: Integrity and honesty are the keys to getting and keeping the best subcontractors, and therefore building the best quality homes," explains Jay.
Getting To Know Your Builder - When you purchase a Wasatch Home, you'll get to know your builder. Jason meets with every buyer personally before construction begins to ensure that every detail of your new home is clearly understood by both parties.
"Good communication is essential to providing a good building experience for our customers, and we make it a priority," says Jason.
4-Way Inspection - When the home reaches the "4-way inspection point," Jason will meet with you again for a walk through. At this time, the buyer and the builder physically inspect the home. This is to insure that all the work done to this point is correct. Also, many buyers choose to do further customizing of their homes at this time.
Instead of cutting corners, we cut waste. Rather than selecting the lowest bidder to work on your home, we cultivate good long-term relationships that provide for lower long-term costs.
