Therefore, when providing pest control services to customers, Bugman has made it a company policy to provide the very best in service. When charging for our services, we have found that we can not be the cheapest if we are expected to provide the best service possible. Our rates are still extremely competitive and on a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the most expensive, Bugman's rates are in the range of 3 - 5.

Bugman is very concerned that the customer receives not only the best service available, but that the customer is well informed on how the treatment effects the insects and the time frame in which the materials will take to control the situation at hand. Bugman provides a 45 day guarantee on all jobs except for roaches and boxelder bugs, being that the environment can not be controlled for those two insect categories.

Our company philosophy for customer service is that the customer is always right. Many companies profess that philosophy, but only a few truly implement that philosophy into their corporate program. Bugman does not try to figure a way in which to explain their way out of treating a customer's concern should an initial treatment not meet the customer's expectation or desired result.
